Bomba de ciocolata


Ingrediente pt. 16 portii:


Pt. Aluat:

5 oua
125 g zahar pudra
1 Lingura zahar vanilat
75 g faina
75 g amidon


Pt. Umplutura:

200 g ciocolata amaruie
500 ml frisca
150 g zahar pudra
300 g branza Ricotta
1 plic vanilie
70 g migdale macinate
40 g fistic

In plus:

1 castron de 2L
zahar pudra si cacao pt decor
decor tort
