Omleta de primavara


Ingrediente 6 portii:

4 Linguri ulei/unt/bacon
60 g sunca prosciutto
1 1/2 -2 cani leurda,tocata
1 1/2 cani spanac,tocat
3 cartofi medii,cuburi(diabeticii nu pun)
5 oua
1 cana lapte
1/4 cana parmezan ras

Nota:

Poti adauga orice:bacon,carnati,pancetta,iar daca esti vegetarian-ciuperci,sau simpla doar cu spanac si leurda.

MDP:

Preancalzesti cuptorul la 175C.
In tigaie incingi uleiulpui sunca,leurda,spanacul si cartofii,tii pana se fac cartofii.Pastrezi cateva frunze leurda pt decor.
Intr-un bol pui ouale,laptele,branza,le bati.
Repui tigaia pe foc,torni amestecul oua si adaugi frunzele pastrate pt decor.
Coci cca 15-20 min,pana se fac ouale.
